Private Mortgage Insurance or PMI

Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) is finally tax deductible thanks to a new law just passed by Congress.  Home buyers required to pay MI and who qualify will now be able to deduct their PMI premiums for homes that are purchased in 2007.
